A limited-edition sake made from speciality rice varieties produced in limited quantities from selected sites. The name, ‘naguwashi’, is an old Japanese adjective used in praise of the land, conveying notions of beauty and wonder. Each rice variety chosen for this sake are carefully selected and treated with the utmost care, so as to bring out their best qualities. This Junmai Daiginjo sake has a rich, floral taste with a pleasingly noble aroma and a deep finish. Serve slightly chilled in a larger-bowled wine glass.
