ZAKU CONCENTRATION H

　Zaku ‘Concentration H’ is a fruity, clean, refreshing liqueur made from Zaku ‘Ho no Tomo’ Junmai sake. Using Mitsubishi Chemical’s innovative technology KonKerTM, only water molecules are removed from the base sake, doubling the concentration of umami, sweetness, and alcohol by volume. This is an altogether new category of Japanese alcoholic beverage, that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink.
