“Kizui” refers to a mysterious phenomenon that portends exciting things to come. Although it has a gentle and refreshing aroma, its taste is somewhat unsual. Upon feeling it inmouth, the aftertaste immediately leaves with it the afterimage of a pleasant glow in the heart. This Junmai Daiginjo is made with 35% polished rice from Yamada Nishiki and is even better served slightly chilled in a wine glass.
