DAIGINJO

Daiginjo

With a soft, pleasing aroma rising out of the glass, a clear and elegant rice polished to 40% balances refreshing acidity, leading to flavour sensation that is complex yet vivid, almost like a stained-glass window. A Daiginjo sake with both clarity and dimension, it is best served slightly chilled. This bottle features an Ise-katagami pattern called ‘A River in Spring’. The water flows, sometimes rushing, sometimes gently. The cherry and plum blossoms floating on the surface of the water build to a picturesque spring.
  • Rice polishing ratio : 40%
