Junmai Daiginjo

 Made from the king of sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, polished to 40% of the grain remaining, and brewed slowly at low temperatures, the aroma of this sake is soft and pleasant. Layers of well-defined flavour give this lustrous sake a refined depth, almost akin to a fine lacquered cup. It is best served slightly chilled.
