ZAKU Sake Nouveau 2025 est arrivé

Each year, as the new harvest comes in, we celebrate the first sake of the season with ZAKU Sake Nouveau — fresh, vibrant, and alive with the energy of young rice: an unguarded expression of the new brewing year, before time and patience have had their say.

This year’s label, as always, arrives in a new design — inspired by the bright, crystalline flash of sake as it emerges from the press, capturing the pure vitality of the newly born sake in a single image.
